Project Summery
SJP Building Group were the principal contractor for the newly built fitout for ‘Off The Plan Group’ real estate agency. The project was fast paced and had a tight deadline that could not be changed. Whilst carrying out the fitout for Off The Plan Group the construction of The Cosmopolitan was happening at the same time which is where this office is located.
SJP Building Group could only use the trades currently working on The Cosmopolitan project which had its challenges of getting manpower to meet the target date. SJP Building Group handed over the fitout 5 days prior to the agreed completion date.
