Project Summery
SJP Building Group were engaged by the home owner to install a new deck over the top of an existing exposed aggregate concrete slab. The client wanted to make the alfresco area into another sitting room of the house and have a seamless transition from inside the house to the outdoor area. We maintained the same height of the internal flooring and deck so the doors could be opened to this new area and there was no step onto.
The decking boards are composite timber look which come pre finished and there is no need for ongoing sealing and or maintenance.
